If your administrator has created and published a workforce analysis graph, you can view and copy the graph.

1. In the Summary View, click on the Graphs tab.
   
2. In the Graphs tab, verify that you can see the entire graph and legend, if applicable. If not, resize the Summary View.
   

    

3. Click the Copy button . The graph is copied to the clipboard, and you can paste the graph into anothe rapplication.

You can also print a workforce analysis graph.
